About the Book

It is basically an autobiography with some fiction to give the story more meaning. Having surpassed abuse, Hilda encounters and fights all obstacles and manages to obtain her degree at 36 years of age. Her decision to go back to school after 18 years of marriage was made because she wanted to independezise herself in case one day she would find herself without a spouse. This book will encourage a lot of young women to fight for their rights and independence. Many things can happen in this life and we need to be prepared to encounter each and every obstacle which comes our way,
